General Terms and Conditions for the Business Market

Article 1. Courses

1a. We accept course registrations via telephone or email.
1b. The course must be paid in full before the start on the TTC account.
1c. Payment can be made via bank transfer or in cash no later than during the first lesson.
1d. In the event of early termination of the course, no refund of the course fee will be given.
1e. During the final lesson, the student will receive a certificate confirming the completion of the course at a certain level.
1f. If it is not possible to collect the certificate in person, the student must arrange the collection themselves. A fee of €15,00 is charged for the shipping of invoices and certificates, as well as for issuing a duplicate.
1g. TTC reserves the right to cancel a scheduled course in case of insufficient registrations or force majeure.
1h. TTC reserves the right to adjust the course conditions based on the number of registrations.
1i. In case of lesson cancellations due to special circumstances, TTC guarantees that the lessons will be rescheduled on another date, agreed upon in advance with the client.
1j. Switching to a later course is possible while maintaining the course fee. The student may transfer from Course A to Course B and use the remaining lessons. This must be communicated to TTC via email at beata@talentraining.nl. The transfer of the course fee is possible up to six months after the start of Course A. TTC is not responsible for finding an alternative course if one is not offered at the desired level or in the chosen city within six months.
1k. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to TTC. Any errors in invoices or certificates due to incorrect data are the client’s responsibility.
1l. The client has a 14-day reflection period before the chosen Dutch language course starts.
1m. Cancellation of a lesson by the client is possible in exceptional cases, provided that it is communicated at least two working days in advance.

Article 2. Private and Online Lessons

2a. The same conditions apply to private and online lessons as stated in Article 1 (1a, 1b, 1d, 1h).
2b. The agreed number of lesson hours must be completed no later than one month after the last scheduled lesson.

Article 3. Book Orders

3a. TTC processes book orders after prepayment to the bank account, as mentioned in Article 1b.
3b. Ordered books will be shipped within three working days after receipt of payment to the specified address within the Netherlands.

Article 4. Privacy

4a. TTC has a privacy policy.
4b. The data provided by clients will only be used to provide them with the requested information. By providing their data to TTC, clients agree to this.
4c. Photos and videos taken during courses with the consent of attendees may be used for internal purposes and publication on online platforms such as social media and the TTC website.

Article 5. Subscription to the TTC Newsletter

5a. By completing the registration form for a course or information form, the client agrees to be subscribed to the TTC newsletter. Unsubscribing is possible at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

Article 6. Cancellation Policy

Up to 14 days after registration, the client has the right to cancel free of charge. If canceled up to seven days before the course starts, a €50,00 administration fee will be charged. If canceled within three days before the start date, the cancellation fee is €75,00. If registration occurs within three days before the course starts, the client waives the statutory 14-day reflection period.

Article 7. Complaints Procedure

If no agreement is reached regarding a complaint, a third party may be engaged as a mediator: Ms. Marieke Peters. The mediator’s decision is binding for both parties. Both parties must maintain confidentiality throughout the procedure. Complaints and their resolution are recorded and kept for a period of two years.
