What language learning methods does TTC offer?
At TTC, you can learn a language in various ways:
- In an online group course
- In a company group course organized by your employer
- In an online course with a teacher
- In small-group individual lessons
- In private lessons
- Through the E-learning platform
Does the teacher speak Polish?
Yes, the teacher also speaks Polish.
Are invoices/receipts provided?
Yes, each course participant receives a receipt as proof of payment. We also issue invoices.
Do participants receive diplomas/certificates?
Yes, after successfully completing a module, each participant receives a TTC certificate with the specified language proficiency level.
What language levels are used at TTC?
TTC follows the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), which allows for a standardized comparison of language exams and certificates.
Does TTC offer courses for children?
No, TTC only offers courses for adults.

Can I take a break between modules?
Yes, the decision is up to you. However, keep in mind that breaks may hinder effective learning.
Until when can I cancel the course?
Cancellation should be communicated as early as possible.
Can my language level be assessed?
Yes, we offer two options:
- A personal or phone conversation
- A written test
I already know some Dutch. Which module should I enroll in?
We offer two ways to determine your level: an interview and a written test.
How many modules does the group course consist of?
The course consists of six modules: M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6. Additional levels M7 and M8 are also available.
Which textbooks are used in Dutch courses?
We use the following materials:

For higher levels, we use additional textbooks tailored to the group’s needs.
Does each module end with a test?
Yes, each module concludes with a language proficiency test.
Is the final test mandatory?
No, but it is required to receive a certificate.
Do I need to buy textbooks if I already have them?
No, if you already own the required materials, you do not need to purchase them again. However, please do not bring copies of books (as per copyright law).
When and where can I purchase textbooks?
Textbooks can be purchased before the course starts via our online store or on the first lesson.
If your employer paid for the course, textbooks can be collected from our office.
How long is each lesson?
Each lesson lasts 2.5 hours.
How often do lessons take place?
Usually once per week.
What time are the lessons held?
Schedules are arranged based on participants’ availability.
How long does one module last?
A module consists of 20 hours of learning, spread over 8 lessons of 2.5 hours each (8 weeks = 2 months).
Can I miss a lesson?
In exceptional cases, yes, but you must catch up on the missed content yourself.
Can I switch from a group course to an online course and vice versa?
Yes, you can change the course format after completing a module
Is the online course program the same as the in-person course?
Yes, the programs are identical.
How will I receive course materials for an online course?
Materials are available on the E-learning platform, and textbooks are sent by mail.
Does the online course also consist of modules?
Yes, but it is tailored to the participant’s individual needs.
How long is one online module?
An online module consists of 8.5 hours of learning, spread over 8 lessons of 60 minutes and 2 additional meetings of 15 minutes each (8 weeks = 2 months).
What is the cost of the course?

Does TTC offer discounts?
We do not offer discounts on courses, but some textbooks may be available at promotional prices.
Are there any additional costs besides the course and textbooks?
No, tests, certificates, and invoices are included in the course fee.
Is the final exam paid?
No, the final exam is free for course participants.
What is the cost of the certificate?
The certificate is free of charge.
Can I get a copy of a lost certificate or invoice?
Yes, for an additional fee of €15.00 (including shipping).
Can I get a refund if I have to stop the course?
No, course fees are non-refundable, unless the course is canceled.
